Americans pay off credit card debt (no shit) -
April 26, 2005 Posted: April 26, 2005 Came across an article on Slate that notes a recent upswing of payments on credit card debt - the artible suggests this is because of increasing interest rates but I hope it's also due in part to the recent bankruptcy legislation. I'd like to think that this is America telling the credit card lobby where it can shove its lifetime of indentured servitude! |
