The Last was a Blast -
August 15, 2005 Posted: August 15, 2005
I am humbled by the support of all of the people who came out to see off Cerulean Groove. The applause and praise from all were generous and I am enormously grateful for everyone's love and support. I'm glad that we played what felt like a very strong show to wrap things up. I'm still struggling to grasp exactly how I feel about all of this and what to do next, now that I am a musician without any bandmates. I certainly intend to take things really slowly. There is no rush. And I am certainly not in want of more activities to fill my time since my schedule is still a large ball of fire hurdling through vast stretches of space that I cannot seem to slow. For the near future, I have come up with a list of promising goals to work toward: Please wish me well as I try to find a sense of direction and momentum in these new venues that will help me to become a more complete artist, performer, writer, dancer, and member of the human species. Much love, -Franco Photos by Jason Schiller -- Featuring the MBasses Fretless 5-string by Jon Maghini: |
